I felt honoured to be at the wedding of Emma and Tom. After so many weddings being cancelled or postponed it was a relief that this wedding continued. As the wedding approached we kept in touch and my admiration for both Emma and Tom increased by the week as they worked through the constraints to make their day happen.
Sometimes in life, you think that things are just meant to be . . . . well, here's another case. One of the main parts of the wedding that draws me to a couple is the stories that emerge in the speeches. At times you hear fairy tales of people who just meet. That truly was the case for Emma and Tom when Emma and her family moved from Colchester to Sheffield; right next door to Tom!
